An Overview
Once you've added a client file in Xenett, you can invite your client to the Client Portal. This lets you ask them questions about transactions or anything else you need to share or ask.
How to Invite Client Users
Go to the client, Settings --> Client Portal --> Invite Client Users section, click Add Client User, enter contact information. There are two options given within this pop-up:
1) Requires setting up a 6-digit PIN to log in: By selecting this option, the client user will be required to set up a 6-digit PIN of their choice to log in to the Client Portal.
2) Log in without PIN using the Magic Link: By selecting this option, no PIN is required, and users can directly log in to their Client Portal.
Select any one and click the Save button.
Important Notes
If 2FA is enabled, the Magic Link option won’t be available. Users must set up a 6‑digit PIN to log in.
Report Access and Business Snapshot
While inviting a client user, you can allow access to:
Reports
Business Snapshot
Enabling these options allows the client user to view the Published reports or business snapshot from the Client Portal.
Notify the Client User
This is an optional step to notify the client by sending an email or text through Xenett. You can cancel if you don't want to send the email or text.
To send the intro text, activate your practice phone number and enter the client user’s phone. Learn more.
Copy Magic Link
The Magic Link will directly let you log into the Portal without entering the username and password.
The Magic Link is available within the invited user's list under the Magic Link column. By chance, if the client user's link isn't working, you can copy it from here and share it with them. This link is unique for each client user.
Resend Invite
In case a client user reports that they've not received the invite via email, you can resend the invite by clicking on the Resend Invite icon beside the Pending tag as below:
Delete User
If a client user is no longer active or for any reason you want to delete a client user, you can simply delete them by clicking on the Delete option under the Actions column as below:
