Snippets

Learn how to save time and standardize client communication by using Snippets to quickly reuse common follow‑up questions.

Updated over a month ago

Overview

Teams often need to ask clients the same follow-up questions repeatedly, such as:

  • What is this transaction for?

  • What is the name of the payee?

  • Please share a receipt for this transaction.

Typing these questions manually every time is time-consuming and inconsistent. Snippets solve this problem by allowing you to reuse short, predefined questions instantly.

How to Use Snippets

  1. Start asking a new question to a client.

  2. Below the question input area, you will see the Snippets section.

  3. Select the relevant snippet.

  4. The selected snippet will automatically populate the question field.

You can then send the question as-is or make minor edits if needed.

How to Add a New Snippet

  1. Navigate to the Snippets section while asking a question.

  2. Click the + Add button.

  3. Enter the text you want to save as a snippet.

  4. Save the snippet for future use.

Once added, the snippet will be available for selection whenever you ask a new question.
