There are 2 ways how you can delete the client from Xenett:
Delete it from Firm Level
To delete a client from Xenett, follow the below steps:
Make sure you are at the Firm level.
Go to the Client List.
In the Action column, click the three dots next to the client.
Select Delete client file.
Click Delete to confirm.
Delete it from Inside the client
To delete a client, follow these steps:
Make sure you are in the client that you'd like to delete
In Dashboard Module, Click on Down Arrow
Select Delete client file.
Click Delete to confirm.
What This Action Does
When you delete a client, the system permanently removes:
Tasks
Questions
Project comments
All other related client data
This action cannot be undone.
