How to enable Due Date, Tags, and Priority in Client Questions

Overview

Question Settings allow you to customize which fields appear when users ask a question. This helps keep the question pop clean and relevant, while still enabling important options like Priority, privacy, or due date when needed.

You can enable or disable specific fields depending on how your team prefers to collect questions.

Where to Find Question Settings

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Navigate to Questions / Client Portal

  3. Open the Question Settings tab

How Question Settings Work

Each field can be turned on or off:

  • Enabled: The field appears when a user is asking a question

  • Disabled: The field is hidden from the question form

By default, all fields are enabled.

Available Fields You Can Customize

You can enable or disable the following fields:

  • Priority – Mark the urgency of a question

  • Question Privacy – Control who can see the question

  • Tags – Highlight or categorize questions

  • Draft Question – Allow saving questions as drafts

  • Due Date – Set a deadline for responses
