View Email Log

View email logs in Xenett to track every client email, monitor communication, and ensure transparency and accountability across your workflows.

The Purpose

Email Logs show you every email sent to your clients, whether sent through Auto-reminders or manually. If there are any scheduled emails, they will also appear here, and you can delete scheduled emails if needed.

How to check Email Logs

You can check Email Logs in the Questions module --> click on Three vertical dots --> Email/Text Log option, as described in the screenshot below:
