Xenett Port is a feature within the Xenett platform designed to automate bulk accounting activities and reduce manual effort. It helps accounting teams manage large volumes of transactions quickly and accurately.:
Import New Transactions and Lists (Vendors, Customers, Accounts, etc.) from Excel
Extract the existing lists and transactions and update them
Delete transactions
Port is currently available for QuickBooks Online only. It is included as part of your selected plan, and there is no additional cost to use this feature.
How to access Port
You can access Port from the left-side panel by opening a client file, clicking on the three dots menu, and selecting Port. You also have the option to keep it visible by clicking the Pin icon next to Port.
Bulk Import
The Bulk Import feature lets you easily import all transaction types and Master lists (Vendors, Customers, GL Accounts, Products/Services, Classes, and Locations) from the Excel sheet to your QuickBooks File. Here are the steps:
Download the Template
Prepare your Import file.
Upload the File
Resolve the errors, if any, and Import.
Bulk Update
The Bulk update feature allows you to easily update or make changes to existing transactions or lists (Vendors, Customers, Accounts, Classes, Locations, etc.).
Bulk Delete
The Bulk Delete feature allows you to delete multiple transactions in one go.
