The Use Case

Sometimes, when you have a question that's not ready to be sent to clients, or you want to review questions from junior team members before sending them out, you can save them as drafts. Draft questions can be reviewed, edited, and then published to the client portal when they're ready.

How to save questions as Draft

While asking a client question, you'll see an option to save it as a Draft in the dropdown.
