Xenett uses per-client, per-month pricing, allowing firms to scale costs based on the number of clients they manage. Each subscription plan provides a core set of capabilities for bookkeeping, review, workflows, collaboration, and client engagement. Optional add-ons can be enabled for specific clients that require advanced automation or reconciliation.
Core Subscription Plans
AI Review Plan
Price: ~$7.5 per client / month (USD)
Firms usually choose the AI Review Plan when they:
Want automated checks to identify errors and anomalies early
Perform structured reviews but do not need full workflow or task management
Are looking to reduce manual review effort without changing how work is assigned or tracked
Workflow Plan (Most Popular)
Price: ~$10 per client / month (USD)
In addition to all AI Review features, firms use this plan to:
Standardize recurring work such as monthly close
Assign, track, and review tasks across team members
Centralize client communication, documents, and approvals
Add-Ons & Optional Upgrades
Add-ons extend Xenett’s core functionality for specific client needs. They are optional and can be enabled only for the clients who require them, allowing firms to control costs while supporting complex use cases.
Accruals + AI (Add-On)
Price: $15 per client / month
Free Trial: $0 for the first 60 days (firm level)
This add-on is used when firms need advanced accrual automation and validation.
Firms commonly enable Accruals + AI for clients who:
Have complex prepaid expenses or payroll accruals
Require tighter control over month-end accrual accuracy
Benefit from AI-driven insights to detect missing or incorrect accrual entries
Inter-Company Reconciliation (Add-On)
Price: $10 per client / month
Free Trial: $0 for the first 60 days (firm level)
This add-on is designed for clients with multiple related entities.
Firms enable Inter-Company Reconciliation when they need to:
Reconcile balances between parent and subsidiary entities
Identify mismatches across inter-company accounts
Reduce manual effort during multi-entity month-end close
How to Add or Manage Add-Ons
You can enable or manage add-ons from multiple areas in Xenett:
During the review process
While adding a new client
From Settings → Billing Information → Billing Plan Details
Add-ons can be enabled per client, allowing you to control costs and usage.
Billing Plan Details
The Billing Plan Details section provides a quick summary of your current subscription and enabled add-ons.
From this section, you can view:
Your current subscription plan (AI Review or Workflow)
The price per client per month for the plan
The next billing date
A list of active add-ons, including trial status and the number of clients they are enabled for.
Card & Payment Details
Xenett allows you to securely manage your billing and payment information from the same Billing Plan Details screen.
From Billing Information, you can:
Add/Update the credit card used for billing
Invoice Email Behavior
By default, invoices are sent to the Super Admin’s email address
If a Secondary Email is added, invoices will be sent to both the Super Admin and the secondary email
You can access Billing Plan Details from: Settings → Billing Information → Billing Plan Details
Billing History
View past invoices and payment history
Download invoice details for records or audits
To access invoice history, go to Settings → Billing Information → Billing History.
Client files that are connected to QuickBooks Online or Xero are billable. Once a client is connected, it remains billable even if the connection is later disconnected or breaks for any reason.
Other client files (not connected) are non‑billable.
